The Cloisters has been designed with flexible living accommodation. This means that whatever your age or level of fitness, the doorways, fixtures, controls etc are all easy to manage and the apartments can be easily adapted if your needs change.
Lift access is available to all floors, Each apartment offers generous living areas and bedrooms. The kitchens offer high quality units and are fully fitted with oven, hob, extractor hood and integrated fridge freezers. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious level entry shower, plus of course, a toilet and washbasin. Extra handholds and grab rails can be fitted if required. Telephone, internet access and satellite TV are standard in the apartments. And each apartment has its own energy-efficient heating, controlled to your own preferred temperature.
As standard, your laundry is done for you and on a weekly basis, your apartment is kept spick & span by our housekeepers.
You also need never worry again about external maintenance and repairs. – leaving you free to concentrate on enjoying life! This is all carried out professionally, protecting your property’s value, with the costs included in the monthly service charge.

Each one is fitted with the latest smoke and heat detectors. There is also an emergency alarm that puts you in direct contact with a qualified member of staff any time, day or night. You can sleep soundly, secure in the knowledge that we are there if you ever need us.
Support for individual needs
We’ll be here to support your highs and your lows. We offer round the clock cover and emergency call response to everyone. But should you need a little extra short-term help or even long-term assistance, we can provide tailored services to make your life more comfortable. Perhaps you may wish to join other residents in the dining room, have meals delivered to your apartment or assistance from our on-site handyman. If you need more personal services, such as help with bathing or dressing, we can provide trained staff to assist you. Whatever your needs, our Care Manager can work with you to develop an individual plan enabling you to live independently in your own home.
